Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Please contact our support team if there is a country you do not see listed.
How long will it take to get my order?
After your order is processed, average delivery times out of Hong Kong are 8-10 business days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You will receive delivery details within your order confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please note: Cost of shipping does not include fees for import taxes or duties that each country we service may charge.

Where is my order?
Please double check the shipping address you provided us. 99% of all order delays are due to incorrect addresses or lack of suite and apartment numbers.

How do I add a promo code?
Click on order summary and you can add discount code. During the checkout process there is a specific field available to apply a gift card or promo code.
